ON DOWNSIZING BAGS

and with downsize I mean radically minimizing. Do your bags get bigger and bigger year by year? Do you carry your house and cat in your bag? Do you actually know what's hiding in there? Now, the million dollar question: do you really need all this stuff? Also, if we grew up in a more or less safe and social society, how come we tend to carry our whole lives with us as if there's no return, no tomorrow, no day after tomorrow? Or is it exactly the opposite, a sign of independency? 

Anyways, as you may have already guessed by my latest outfits, I'm quite into these petit petit bags atm: some cash, some lipstick, some keys, some emergency kit -- meaning safety pins and other funny things a woman could need on the go, yet downsized to minimum of all, you know, urgent needs, so forget about the snack to go, any liquids, the 2nd whatever for a friend et cetera, et cetera -- plus my iPhone, of course, and I'm ready to go. Easy-peasy! No, seriously, it's actually much easier as it may sound and there goes a whole lot more in than one would ever dare to expect -- I on the other hand, however, dare to swear, you'll be surprised!
