ON RIPPED DENIM

If you're thinking about ripped denim, we've already seen it across the runways for seasons, we maybe even have one or two items in our closet -- whether bought or even worn out -- and we definitely spot them pants on the streets, but just to quote my dad who's always good in boiling things down to an essence, especially fashion-wise: "they're exactly like the ancient ruins in Athens, nice to look at but good for nothing" - wise words, man! I couldn't help but agree: some modern ruins of sorts! I knew, I wouldn't be able to wear 'em for years, I knew, they could probably fall apart after wearing 'em twice -- and still, as it often is the case, a nice look overweighed viability. I had to have them. So I got them: some skinny ankle cuts and some boyfriends. What do you think?
